I wish I know the name of this salad dressing. I saw it in a Southern Living magazine...I believe.
Mix:
1 packet ramen noodles soup mix (I omit this because of the MSG content)
1/3 cup canola oil (olive oil should be okay)
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Stir all ingredients together and drizzle over salad. Use just enough to coat unless you like salad soup...haha
