Steamed Eggs for Chinese Babies

This is a small portion recipe:

Mix 1 egg with 1/2 cup of water, put in a pinch of sugar and a pinch of salt.

Then put in a small ceramic bowl and put inside the steamer to steam for about 15-20 minutes in boiling hot water.

Use a fork/ spoon to gently press the top to see if it has solidify. Let stand for 5 minutes then add a dash of "Seasoned Soy Sauce for Fish" (basically sweetened soy sauce) - can be found in local Chinese grocery store, a dash of sesame oil, and a few pieces of green onions ( I could only find chives at my house).

And TADA - you got your steamed eggs just like those in the Chinese restaurant in China which they brought out for the babies in every meal of the adoption trip.
